Lights Festival

The Lights Festival in Gdańsk is an annual event. It invites international artists, musicians, scientists and performers to participate in a celebration of light. The project consisted of rebranding based on existing festival philosophy and wording. The main sign was designed to present well on a large scale (with a much-simplified version for small usage). It shows light as a wave, particle, and phenomenon. The animated version was used for city-transport advertising and on-stage background. I used multiple coloured backgrounds, as a variety of posters were available to discover around the city. Notable partners for this event include UNESCO, Gdańsk Polytechnic, and the Polish Space Agency.
